About the Memorandum
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) contains the agreement of the Signatories to carry out the Action in accordance with "Rules and Procedures for Implementing COST Actions". It does not create any binding legal effects under public international law and its provisions are of recommendatory nature.
The MoU also contains a description of background, aims and objectives, benefits, scientific programme, organisation and timetable, and a dissemination plan of the Action.
